PRESENTATION TIME PLANNER
Leave room
for questions.
Give every part of your talk a place. Keep Q&A reserved, even when your introduction runs long.
Start with the ending.
Reserve questions first. Share the rest between your three sections.
This is a time plan. Keep your own clock while presenting.
YOUR ORIGINAL PLAN
Every section has its moment.
Find your new rhythm.
Enter what your introduction actually took. The body and closing share what is left; Q&A stays reserved.
Your original plan is ready. Rebalance whenever you need to.
Whole seconds. A complete total. Decimal minutes round to the nearest second; exact half seconds round up. Leftover seconds go to the largest fractional shares, with ties in section order.
Changed your inputs? The old plan clears, so you can calculate a fresh one. If no speaking time remains, we show the limits instead of a new schedule.
Help us learn, if you like.
All plans work with sharing off. Your time inputs and results stay in this tab.
Sharing is off. Your plans still work.
What we send, and what you control
This choice is only for this planner in this page. Reloading or opening a new tab starts with sharing off. We do not save your choice, use cookies or create a user ID, and we do not borrow a sharing choice from arithmetic practice.
If you agree, we attempt up to four counts: a page view after agreeing; your direct original-plan submission attempt; a valid original plan from that submission; and a valid adjusted plan from your direct rebalance submission. Each is attempted at most once in this page, even if it fails. The initial display, Example, Reset and actions before agreeing are not shared. There is no retry queue.
Each request goes to this site's own service and contains only the fixed tool name presentation-time-planner, version planner-counts-v1, variant base and event name. No time values, weights, actual intro time, results, names, free text or identifiers are sent. Counts are daily totals, not unique people, individual journeys, an exact completion or return rate, or time saved. Sharing choices, multiple tabs, bots and failed requests can affect the totals.
Uncheck the box to stop future requests and cancel those still in progress. A request may already have arrived before cancellation. We cannot undo counts already received or remove one person's part of anonymous totals.
The active total table is configured to keep the most recent 90 UTC dates, with daily cleanup. A live cleanup run has not yet been verified. The current Cloudflare D1 Free plan can restore an earlier database state for up to 7 days, so deleted totals may remain recoverable during that window. Your browser's requests also require the hosting provider to process technical delivery data such as an IP address; the application does not put IP addresses or browser identifiers in these totals.
